Delete your data
If you connected a Facebook Page or Instagram account to BCL Creator Tools, any of these removes our access and deletes what we hold. What we hold is described in our Privacy Policy: the access token Meta issued and the list of Pages you shared. Posts, comments and insights are never stored.
1. Disconnect from your page (immediate)
- Open your Creator Tools page and sign in.
- In the Facebook & Instagram section, tap Disconnect.
This deletes your stored access token right away and asks Meta to remove the app's permissions.
2. Remove the app on Facebook
- On Facebook, open Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites).
- Find BCL Creator Tools and choose Remove.
The token we hold stops working the moment you remove the app. Email us as well if you want the stored copy deleted too, or use option 1 first.
3. Ask us by email
Email brooke@bcl-consulting.com with the subject "Delete my Creator Tools data" and the name of your Page or Instagram account. We delete everything we hold within 30 days, usually the same day, and reply to confirm.
