Privacy Policy
This policy covers BCL Creator Tools, the service BCL Consulting LLC ("BCL", "we") runs for the content creators we work with, including the private Creator Tools pages at bcl-consulting.com/creatortools and the Meta app named BCL Creator Tools. It explains what we access when a creator connects a Facebook Page or Instagram professional account, why, and how to have it deleted.

What we access, and only when a creator connects
A creator chooses, on Facebook's own screen, which Page and Instagram account to share. With that permission we read:
- The name and ID of the Pages and the Instagram account they selected, and the business portfolio they belong to.
- Their recent posts and media: captions, links, dates, and reaction, like and comment counts.
- Recent public comments on those posts, including the commenter's public name or username.
- Page and account insights such as views, reach, engagement, follows and, where Facebook provides it, approximate earnings.
- An access token issued by Meta, which lets us make those requests.
We do not access private messages through this connection, and we never post, comment or change anything on a Page or account through it.
How we use it
Only to show that creator their own comments and numbers on their private Creator Tools page, and to prepare reports for them. Each page is protected by a passphrase given only to that creator. We do not sell this data, use it for advertising, or share it with other creators or third parties beyond the service providers below.
What we store, and for how long

Service providers
- Vercel hosts the site and the private storage.
- Blotato runs comment replies and messaging automations on the creator's own Blotato account, separately from the Meta connection described here.
- Resend sends us an email when a creator flags a reply on their page.
Deleting your data
Tap Disconnect on your Creator Tools page, remove "BCL Creator Tools" from your Facebook business integrations, or email us. Full instructions: bcl-consulting.com/data-deletion.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top and tell the creators we work with.
